CONFERENCE VENDOR

The FLA-PAC welcomes your contribution and will proudly advertise your company/organization during the conference. Without our valued vendors, we would be unable to be as successful as you help us to be. The training offered during these conferences and the information sharing sessions allow for the valuable networking that keeps our professionals ever in the forefront of their profession. Our conferences bring together members of state and local agencies including decision-makers such as Sheriffs, Police Chiefs, Unit Commanders, and support personnel.

In recognition of the varying needs of our vendors, we have established several different vendor levels in order to best meet your needs.

 

Q:    I registered as a vendor, now what?

A:    Vendors will be provided a table in the main registration area at the conference. There are no set hours as this area is open to attendees throughout the day. Setup is allowed beginning Monday morning and breakdown must be completed by end of day on Thursday. Vendors are welcome to setup or breakdown anytime during the week. Vendors are invited to attend the "information sharing" events held every evening from 6p-10p

Q: Can I distribute brochures or other informational items?

A: Vendors may provide brochures, business cards and other promotional items at their designated vendor table. Vendors who wish to distribute items in the attendee registration bags should contact Public Relations Director Nick Bliss. All items must be received prior to 7AM on Monday morning of conference week for inclusion.
