Conference registration fees will not be refunded if cancelled within 30 days of the conference date unless there are extenuating circumstances.

*documentation may be required for requests to refund fees that occur within 30 days

Please note that ALL registrations are binding. If you cannot attend you MUST contact the Treasurer to cancel your registration. Failure to properly cancel will cause the full registration fee to be billed.

Registrations MUST be paid within 30 days of the conference. If you paying by check you MUST contact the Treasurer. Any unpaid registrations will be canceled 30 days prior to conference. Attendees may re-register, however the fee will be assessed at the higher fee. 

Registrations with outstanding balances from previous conferences will be canceled until such time the previous fees are paid in full.
